    Names, addresses, PAN, the property details and the deposit reference are pulled out for you. Nothing is retyped.

    Check what we read

    Every field shows the document it came from. Correct anything that is wrong; your correction wins.

  4. 04

    Approve and pay

    Stamp duty and the registration fee, itemised before you pay.

  5. 05

    We come to you

    A field executive completes biometric registration at your door. The registered agreement arrives afterwards.
